The Springboks will play their quarterfinal match against Japan in the Tokyo Stadium next Sunday.
Two of the quarterfinals will be played on Saturday and two on Sunday, with the semi-finals to follow the following weekend.
In the other quarterfinals England face Australia in the Oita Stadium in Oita on Saturday, while the New Zealand versus Ireland match will be played at the Tokyo Stadium, also on the Saturday.
The same two stadia will be used on the Sunday, with the two Six Nations teams Wales and France facing one another in the Oita Stadium while the last quarterfinal, between South Africa and Japan, will be played in the Tokyo Stadium.
The semi-finals the following weekend will both be played in the International Stadium in Yokohama. The winners of the two Saturday quarterfinals will meet on Saturday 26 October and those of the Sunday quarters will battle it out on Sunday 27 October.
The losers of the two semi-finals then play for the bronze medal at the Tokyo Stadium on Friday, 1 November, and the final will be contested in the International Stadium in Yokohama on Saturday November.
